Pet & Animal Policy

Pet-Free Mt. Rainier Cabins for Rent

Family pets, including Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), are not allowed on Stone Creek Lodge property.

Please be advised that Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are considered family pets under Washington State law and within our own policies at Stone Creek Lodge. We are not subject to the Fair Housing Act as we provide temporary accommodations. Stone Creek Lodge is responsible for assuring the health and safety of the premises and all of our guests, some of whom may have allergies and feel threatened or anxious in the presence of animals. In keeping with this objective, family pets, including ESAs, are not allowed on Stone Creek Lodge property. We will turn away guests arriving with a family pet or ESAs at the time of check-in. Evidence of family pets or ESAs in a cabin or suite will result in a cleaning fee.

Service Animals

Guests who require the assistance or help of a trained Service Animal (not an ESA) will be permitted to bring their Service Animals onto the premises, provided that the animal’s presence does not create a dangerous environment for other guests. All Service Animals must be leashed at all times and remain under the continuous full control of their owners. Service Animals are not permitted to roam or wander our property freely and may not be left unattended indoors or outdoors. Service Animals must not be disruptive to others (no excessive barking) or act aggressively towards people. Owners must take their Service Animals outside to defecate and urinate. Also, Service Animals owners will clean up after their animal and dispose of waste in the designated trash receptacle.

A guest who brings an animal onto the property is entirely and solely liable for any injuries or damage to personal property or Stone Creek Lodge property caused by the animal. Stone Creek Lodge will charge guests for any cleaning, repair, and maintenance costs incurred by their animal. Stone Creek Lodge shall not be liable for loss of, or injury to, any animal brought onto the premises.

If you have any questions regarding our Pet & Animal Policy, please Contact Us before making a reservation.
