- By booking, you authorize Stone Creek Lodge at Mt. Rainier to send text messages and emails with details regarding your reservation information and other offers. Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- A reservation is a commitment to purchase lodging from Stone Creek Lodge.
- All reservations are secured and guaranteed by credit card. Stone Creek Lodge accepts American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
- The credit card used for the reservation and matching photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in.
- Reservations can be made using our secure website, by phone, or in person.
- Regardless of how you make your reservations, confirmations are sent via email. Please confirm that all information is accurate and reflects your intentions, including dates, cabin/suite type, and guests’ total number. Contact us immediately if any information is incorrect. - Stone Creek Lodge has a three-night minimum reservation requirement during the summer season (July, August and September) and most holidays. Two and single-night reservations, when available, can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
- Call Stone Creek Lodge during the business hours of 8:00 am to 9:00 pm PST for phone reservations. Should you reach our voice mail, we are assisting guests or out on the property preparing accommodations. Please leave your name, phone number, and dates related to your inquiry. We will return your call. Our phone number is 360-569-2355.
- A 50% deposit is collected at the time of your reservation, with the balance automatically-collected 14-days before the arrival/check-in date.
- Reservations made within 14-days of arrival will be responsible for full payment at the time of booking.
- Single night reservations will be responsible for full payment at the time of booking.
- Redemption of gift certificates or specials must be completed at the time of booking.
- Rates may vary based on season, availability, guest count, and other related criteria.
- Rates are subject to state and local taxes.
- Falsifying reservation information may cause cancellation of a reservation, and your reservation will be treated as a “no-show.” A partial list of falsified information includes, but is not limited to: incorrect guest count, incorrect guest type, contact information, email address, and billing information.
